+Printable chart to add the Names.  I stick this on my fridge so that I will be reminded to think on these Names frequently throughout the day.

+Reading-  A Scripture verse for memory, or just to highlight each day’s Name.  Online lessons, devotionals, and object lessons to dig deeper.  Also, several fun holiday short stories or poems to read together, or independently.  I like to print these out for extra language arts practice  (see explanation below). 

+Suggested “Further Reading”
These are beautiful books to add to your family’s Christmas collection.  Some families like to do a Christmas Book Countdown/Advent Calendar.  If you do, this would make a great list of ideas!  You may already have these books on your shelves, find them in your local library, or you can order them online.  As per Amazon’s rules, I cannot share the links to these books in a PDF.  HOWEVER, you can find the titles for each day in the lesson, and also in the Christmas Book List- The Name of Jesus post on my site!)

+Create!
In this section you will find ideas for a homemade ornament that will serve as a beautiful reminder of each day’s Name for years to come!  I’ve also included some related crafts that would be fun to make as handmade gifts for friends and family.

+Cook!
This section is a win win!  You get all the holiday baking done, and your kids are learning concrete lessons in fractions, measurement, chemistry, and more!  Most of these will freeze well too!  Make a double batch to share with someone who needs a hug from Jesus.  Each recipe ties in with the daily lesson as well.

+Notebook!
Creating a Name of Jesus Christmas notebook is such a meaningful and fun way to keep the memories of this season together all in one place.  I STILL have my children’s Christmas notebooks.  I bring them out each year to laugh over, and reminisce.  Their thoughts, drawings, coloring pages, and handwritten Scriptures in these binders are some of my most beloved Christmas “decorations”.  I included a printable page for each day, but they can be as creative as they want and design their own!  PS…it’s also a great way to keep up with grammar practice! 
**The “Memory Picture” should be their own symbol of the Name (King of Kings- crown for ex).

Keep a list of the reading you’d like to include each day.  You could use books
you already own, or as noted above, books from the library, etc… This printable
 will help you keep the list all in one neat place!

+Printable Christmas Ornaments
Use these printables to make a special ornament each day to add to your Christmas tree.  You will find an ornament for each day/Name of Jesus.  There are 2 complete sets-  you can choose to only use one set, or glue them together to make a 2 sided ornament (one side with the Name and the other side with the symbol to match).   You will also find a page of blank ornaments if you want to create some extras!

+Journaling/Notebooking Pages
Enjoy these pages, one for each day/Name to have your children take notes, copy Scriptures, write prayers, songs, poems, or anything else they like.  These pages would make a wonderful keepsake Christmas notebook! 

+Christmas Carol Copy Work/Notebooking Pages
I have included a page for each Christmas Carol in the unit study.  You could use these pages for narration work, copy work (see the Unit Study), or dictation.  In the unit study, you will find a link to read the histories behind these beloved holiday songs.  You could use the Christmas Carol printables to write essays,  bullet journals, or fascinating facts about the carols as well.

+Printable Scripture Cards/Names of Jesus Cards
Just print out these cards and keep them handy for Scripture memory!  You can use them in the same way as the ornaments-  either one sided (great for matching!), or glue the Scripture and corresponding Name together to make ONE 2-sided card).  There is a card for each Name of Jesus (the same as those found in the Unit Study and Mom’s Devotional)!  I highly recommend laminating them to use for years to come!  I have used them for copy work, relay review games (have them match the Scriptures to the Name), Bingo games, dinner conversation cards or bedtime devotional cards   (pick a Name from the stack and say what it means to you, or how you’ve known Jesus by that Name in your own life)!   You will also find a blank page of cards to make extras!
