Gratitude Builders For Kids of All Ages
~Gratitude Builders ~ For Families “The root of joy is gratefulness…It is not joy that makes us grateful; it is gratitude that makes us joyful.” ― David Steindl-Rast After a bit of a bumpy week, I want to be flooded with gratitude! Truth be told, I’m thinking about those sweet faces in the picture above, and all the friends I am missing from the time we lived in Peru. Ever think of how your own children might answer this question someday? Every day, we have the opportunity to create memories with the people we love. It doesn’t have to involve expensive vacations or extravagant gifts…just some thought and some time and lots of love. Get creative ! I have two (update: THREE😱) kids in their 20’s. Every year they ask if we can still carve pumpkins. It’s a tradition. They bring their friends…we laugh…throw pumpkin guts…make a huge,…

Follow Your Dreams Mamas!
It takes some courage . . . Follow your dreams mamas ! Follow your dreams Mamas! Mamas, don’t ever forget to keep following your dreams. You’ll inspire your children to dream. Keep practicing the things that bring you joy. You’ll encourage your children to try too. Keep asking yourself what you want to be when you grow up. You will give your children a living example to always keep growing tall and true with courage. Wishing you a lovely Wednesday! 🙂
